Answer

Can I plan production with data from Logo, Mikro or Netsis?

Yes, through the exports those packages already produce: export stock cards, customer lists, sales orders, open purchase orders or recipes to Excel and import the file into the planning tool, which calculates capacity, dates and material from it. The ERP stays the system of record for accounting and invoicing.

In Optonum there is no live connection to Logo, Mikro or Netsis: the file is imported as it comes out.

How Optonum does it

  • Stock cards, customer lists, sales orders, open purchase orders and recipes import as they come out, recognised by their column names.
  • The screen says which columns were inferred rather than taken from the vendor's documented names.
  • With Procurement switched on, open purchase orders are matched on the ERP's PO number, so next week's export updates an order rather than adding it twice.
  • A blank cell is read as "not supplied", never as zero, and Turkish column headers and number formats work.

What it does not do

  • There is no live connector to Logo, Mikro or Netsis; data moves only when a file is imported.
  • No mapping has yet been checked against a customer's own file.
  • No accounting, payroll or e-invoicing (e-Fatura): those stay in the ERP.
